Faculty Senate

Whereas there is a concern about CCSU apparel being manufactured in factories that do not respect worker rights and

Whereas acknowledging that worker rights are a key component of human rights and moral concern and

Whereas the CCSU Student Senate has already endorsed the adoption of the Worker Rights Consortium Code of Conduct into CCSU policies,

The CCSU Faculty Senate endorses the adoption of the Worker Rights Consortium Code of Conduct into the CCSU purchasing and selling policies and exhorts the President to take necessary steps to join the consortium.
