ORDINANCE NO. 27
Amending Health & Human Services Table of Organization to Add Aging and Disability Resource Center

WHEREAS, by the adoption of Sheboygan County Resolution No. 30 (2004/05), the Sheboygan County Board authorized the Sheboygan County Health & Human Services Department to apply for a contract with the State of Wisconsin to operate an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), and

Section 2. Sunset Positions. The three newly-created positions will sunset and be removed from the T/O upon notification to the Health & Human Services Department that the State of Wisconsin is no longer funding the positions as part of the Aging and Disability Resources Center grant authorized by Resolution No. 30 (2004/05)

Section 3. Addition Position to Chapter 47. Chapter 47.07 of the Sheboygan County Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to add to Grade 12 the position of ADRC Supervisor.

Section 4. Effective Date. The herein Ordinance shall take effect upon enactment.
