CEDG leads on one of the Local Area Agreement Outcomes, "Strong 5 - Build a cohesive and welcoming society based upon equality of opportunity. Celebrating race, ethnicity, culture, faith, age, disability, gender and sexual orientation through reducing discrimination, improving inclusion and building individuals and communities' self esteem" which can be viewed on the LAA outcomes pages of the Cornwall Strategic Partnership website. This outcome shapes the work programme of CEDG and attracts some funding to enable work on equality in Cornwall.
