Equal Pay for Equal Work

United States -- The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act was signed into law on January 29, 2009, ensuring that those facing pay-related discrimination can report unfair treatment at any time. In continuing the fight for pay equity, the Paycheck Fairness Act, which would help address the income disparity between men and women in America.
