Description:

Join the 'Know it?... Live It!' programme

The 'Know it?... Live it!' programme provides important information to assist householders in their attempts to live and work more sustainably. The programme covers a wide range of sustainable topics including targeting key issues such as energy, water, waste, transport and purchasing decisions.

This programme is assisting Hamilton City Council to encourage and empower the people of Hamilton to have positive impacts on the environment. Residents in Hamilton are encouraged to 'walk the talk' by becoming involved in the hands-on opportunities to make change for the environment.

By joining the Know it?... Live it' programme we will keep you informed with any upcoming events or campaigns through our newsletter three times a year. We will also provide tips and advice on how your household can live more sustainable and celebrate people in the community who are making a positive change for the environment.

The programme also has a number of useful information booklets on key issues which can be downloaded from the resource page.

Know it?... Live it! Newsletters
Residents are able to read about Council initiatives and are reminded of how to take action for the environment through the Know it?... Live it! newsletter.
